All parts and Accessories are sold on an "as-is" basis and the entire risk as to the quality and performance is with you, the buyer. The only warranty, if any, is made direct by the manufacturer.
Redline UTV has a 14 day return policy. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and all parts must be in new and unused condition. Please be aware all return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original purchase ticket must be presented for validation. Please give us a call or email us at redlineucc@gmail.com as each return is handled differently. Do not send any products without receiving a RA# first. Packages without a RA# will be discarded.
Customer is responsible for shipping item back to Redline UTV and is responsible for tracking information. Please keep until a Redline UTV team member has contacted you.
